The " Power Team"  (two individuals in the middle of photo--Ray Clark and Jerome Bailey) went into schools in the southwest Virginia area and presented anti-drug information along with demonstrations of feats of strength such as breaking a wooden bat with their hands.  Their message complemented the D.A.R.E. lessons. 

The Virginia D.A.R.E. Association provided funding to allow this group to visit each school.
