The normally loud, energetic and boisterous comedian suddenly got very serious, choking back tears as he described the price veterans have paid for the freedom of American citizens. Known as Retro Bill to school children across the nation, he uses comedy and laughter to express the importance of saying no to drugs, to caring for others and to reaching your potential. He spoke at several area schools last week. On May 23rd, he spoke with West Zephyrhills Elementary fifth graders at their D.A.R.E. graduation.
