Methodology: Evaluation of the D.A.R.E. Program in Barnwell County as a drug and crime prevention program using questionnaires distributed to students in grades six through nine. 

Findings: 77% of D.A.R.E. graduates were not using drugs four years after receiving D.A.R.E. instruction. 95% of D.A.R.E. graduates had not been involved in criminal activity during the four years after receiving D.A.R.E. instruction.
