For two decades the D.A.R.E.
program has been educating youngsters worldwide regarding the negative impact
of drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, and violence. D.A.R.E.'s efforts have been
extremely successful for two primary reasons. First, the curriculum is delivered
by highly skilled local law enforcement D.A.R.E. Instructors who know how
to truly connect with children. And, secondly, as an organization, we are
committed to continually expanding and improving D.A.R.E.
To ensure America's children will continue to benefit from the nation's largest and best-known substance abuse education program, D.A.R.E. is participating in a national sales program called "Play & Save". Under this program, specially selected sales representatives - who have received two weeks of in-house training supervised by D.A.R.E. America - will conduct direct sales of regionalized high-value redemption coupons for products and services in your community.
Under the program, customers purchase a coupon sheet with a "sunburst" located on the booklet cover. The customer scratches the sunburst to reveal the amount of their purchase - an amount that never exceeds $20. Regardless of the dollar amount revealed, each purchaser receives a sheet of coupons having a redemption value of at least $200.00 and even more!
Play & Save is an absolute winner for D.A.R.E. Merchants will attract new customers while simultaneously strengthening existing relationships. Consumers will realize significant savings. Most importantly, though, the D.A.R.E. program will receive revenue, which enables us to subsidize the cost of educational materials for local students as well as to provide free training and certification for every D.A.R.E. instructor in the new science based "gold standard" curriculum being launched this year.
