With over 37 years of public service, Dale has been involved in every aspect of service provided by a municipal policing agency. Dale provided leadership to over 660 employees when he was Chief of the Field Operations Bureau. Director Brown is a graduate of the Harvard Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government, the FBI National Academy, and the California P.O.S.T. Command College. Director Brown has been conferred with the following degrees; Master of Management - California Polytechnic University Pomona, Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Science - California State University, Long Beach. |
