The 2010 D.A.R.E. International Training Conference will be held July 20-22, 2009 at Duke Energy Center, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Duke Energy Center is located just steps away from hotels, restaurants, retail & entertainment. For the D.A.R.E. conference, a very extraordinary lodging rate of $134, plus tax, per night has been negotiated for the following hotels: Hilton, Hyatt Regency, and the Millennium.

Room rates for these hotels usually start at $159. It has also been negotiated that the special D.A.R.E. conference lodging rate is good for a few days before and after the conference, dependent upon room availability. So bring your family, come early or extend your stay and combine an outstanding conference experience with an exceptional vacation opportunity.

A special low D.A.R.E. hotel rate of $134 is available at the Hilton, Hyatt, and Millennium hotels. Hotel reservations can only be made online by visiting here - https://resweb.passkey.com/go/DARE10.

The cut-off deadline for the hotel reservation is Thursday, July 1. After July 1, rooms and rates are based on availability.

The D.A.R.E. Housing Bureau is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (EST) except for major holidays. Should you have any urgent matters, please call 513-632-5377 to leave a message.

Important notes: 1.) Once you make your hotel reservation, you will receive by email an Acknowledgment Number. This number is required for the conference registration in order to get the discounted conference rate. 2.) Room types and room requests are not guaranteed. The participating hotels are non-smoking hotels.

* Discounted registration requires attendee lodging at one of the D.A.R.E. designated hotels listed above and a Passkey acknowledgement number documented on the Conference Reservation.

NON-DISCOUNTED RATE
Registration fees will be $695 (Early) and $795 (On-Site) if a Passkey acknowledgement number IS NOT included on the Conference Reservation.
